Fresh maitake, shiitake, oyster & reishi mushrooms. Franklin Farms is a producer of mushrooms and processed mushroom products. The farm employs about 15 people (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM). The farm was certified beginning in 1999 and has certification on the maitake, reishi, shiitake, and oyster products.
